By using this site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our work, estimate a project and get in touch. Please don’t:

• send false details, or someone else’s details without their permission;
• copy, scrape or republish the site’s content, photos or prices in bulk, or use them commercially;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its forms;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

The site is meant for people aged 18 or over.

Estimates are indicative

Our estimators and price ranges give an approximate figure from the choices you make and our current rates. They are a guide to help you plan, not a quotation or an offer.

The real price depends on your site’s measurements, its condition, the final design and the materials chosen. We give you a written quotation after a site visit and design discussion, and only that quotation states a price we will work to. Rates on the site may change without notice.

Enquiries and projects

Sending us an enquiry, a brief or an estimate doesn’t commit you or us to anything.

A project starts only when we both agree it in writing. That quotation and agreement set out the scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, warranty and cancellation terms, and they take priority over anything on this site.

Photos and descriptions

The photographs, videos and renders on this site show our work and our designs. Some are computer renders rather than photographs. Real materials, colours and finishes can look different from how they appear on a screen, and products and brands may change. What you get is what your agreed design and quotation specify.

Our content and designs

The content of this site, including its text, photographs, videos, renders, drawings, logos and the ZAUK name, belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us. You may view and share pages for your own, non-commercial use.

Designs, drawings and 3D views we prepare for you remain ours unless your project agreement says otherwise. You may use them for your own project with us.

What you send us

Please make sure the details you send are accurate and that you are entitled to share them, for example, a photo or plan of a home you own or rent.

By sending a form, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp. This applies even if your number is registered on the national Do Not Disturb list, because you asked us to contact you.

Other websites

This site links to other services, such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Our responsibility

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be error-free or online.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by relying on the site’s content or estimates, or by not being able to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law, or our responsibility under a project agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
