Renovation is new work inside an old room, so we survey before we design.
Talk to the studioGood questions.
The ones we are asked most. Anything else, ask us directly.
Can we renovate just one room?
Yes. A single bathroom or kitchen is a normal renovation for us; the process is the same, only shorter.
What does making good mean?
Putting right everything the work disturbs: the plaster behind old units, the ceiling around new lights, the wall where a unit used to stand. The new work never sits next to damage.
Can we live at home during the work?
It depends on which rooms are being done. We plan the order of work with you at the site visit, room by room.
How is a renovation priced?
Like a new interior, plus the strip-out and making good. Choose "Renovate" in the full-home estimator for a first figure; the site visit confirms it.
